My recent stay at Randoni Villa was a delightful experience. The serene setting near the clean river, amidst lush greenery, made for a tranquil retreat just 15 minutes away from Bandaranaike Airport. The spacious air-conditioned room with its open-air bathroom and views of the river was a lovely touch. The evening barbecue session by the small pool was a highlight, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the place.The warmth and friendliness of the host and staff were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even preparing midnight snacks for us when we arrived in the early hours. The free breakfast with a variety of options, the roundtrip airport shuttle, and the sun terrace added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room, with amenities like a desk, clothes rack, mosquito net, and free WiFi ensuring a cozy and hassle-free experience. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the overall ambiance of the villa was inviting and homely. I only wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all that Randoni Villa has to offer. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near the airport with exceptional hospitality.
